Beautiful landscape lighting needs occasional care. Our Annual Lighting Care program keeps fixtures clean, properly aimed, and operating as intended, so your property looks its best long after installation. We maintain qualifying low-voltage systems, including those installed by other companies.

What's included in your annual visit
Clean accessible fixture lenses and housings to remove dirt and buildup.
Straighten, reposition, and re-aim fixtures for an attractive, consistent lighting effect.
Test fixture operation and identify lights that are not functioning properly.
Visually inspect accessible wiring, connections, and the transformer for obvious concerns.
Check timer, photocell, or compatible lighting-control settings.
Provide a brief summary of system condition and recommended repairs, if needed.
Already have landscape lighting? We can help.
Your system does not need to be installed by Illumico to qualify. We begin with an initial $199 assessment to document the existing condition, identify any issues, and confirm whether the system is eligible for annual care. If repairs are needed, we provide a separate estimate before proceeding.

Important service details
Annual pricing covers standard, accessible low-voltage landscape fixtures. Repairs, replacement parts, buried-wire tracing, extensive digging, major fixture relocation, difficult-access work, and restoration of damaged systems are excluded unless separately quoted. Final pricing and eligibility are confirmed after reviewing fixture count, system condition, accessibility, and service location. One-time initial assessment fees are separate from annual maintenance charges.
